The Consulate is pleased to announce that Consul J. M. ‘Meenu’ Malhotra DL has been appointed as a Member of the Newcastle University Court.
Newcastle University Court brings together senior figures from academia, business, public service, and the wider community to provide strategic guidance and oversight for the University. Consul Malhotra’s appointment reflects his longstanding contributions to the region and his commitment to advancing educational, cultural, and community-focused initiatives across the North East.
In this role, Consul Malhotra will join distinguished members of the Court, including Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Chris Day, in supporting the University’s mission, vision, and long-term development.
